Full Property Management at 6% + GST and a Operational Fee of $200+ GST per property per year. A letting fee of 1 weeks rent + GST (capped at $800) when new tenants are signed up, with no other hidden costs.
This includes a Trade Me ad with professional photos, Tenant selection with full background checks, Landlords paid fortnightly, Property inspections every 3 months, Maintenance issues sorted with no commission added, Personal Online Portal for all your accounts & property inspections
